Well, the SanDiego Comic-Con ’10 (SDCC) has been and gone and yet again I missed it. I’ll get there eventually. Anyway, what is great is the number now who document it as it happens (through various means), making me even more jealous not to be there but doing there part to put me onto so much great stuff coming out on the horizon. Comic-con now seems to encompass, pretty much everything in the collectable lowbrow art, fantasy and movie/tv worlds, and for most interest lies in the Comic-Con exclusive releases. For me this is seeing what new vinyl / designer / art toys are being released by my favourite artists and certainly this year there are some crackers.

Here are some of favourites which I’d love get hold of:

Travis Louies’s Uncle Six Eyes (derived from a earlier painting) (credit, credit):

Luke Cheuh’s Black In White (credit):

Frank Kozik’s Dead Che bust (credit, credit):

Jeff Soto’s Seeker (by Big Shot Toy Works) (credit, credit) … this one has been a long time coming. It comes in a number of different colourways, each with different horn treatments. Beautiful girl not-included unfortunately:

Shepard Fairey’s Mr Spray (by Strange Co) – comes in four colourways (credit):

And not too many good pictures, but the second series of mini King Kens by James Jarvis (by Strange Co) (credit):
